Capcom announced today that aside from Standard Edition, Monster Hunter World will also be available in Digital Deluxe and Collector’s Editions. They have also announced that the game will be released on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on January 26, 2018.
The price tag for Digital Deluxe Edition is $70 and it comes with sweet freebies which are Samurai armor set, three gestures, two stickers, additional face paint and hairstyle option. If you are going to play the deluxe edition on PS4, you will also get 14 weapon-themed PSN avatars.
Meanwhile, the Collector’s Edition will cost $150 and it will come with a physical copy of the game, all the contents of Digital Deluxe Edition, a soundtrack download (or CD in Japan), artbook and a figure of Nergigante which is one of the new creatures of Monster Hunter.
Pre-Order bonus for Digital or Collector’s Edition includes an Origin Set Armor and Fair Wind Charm talisman, and this applies to both PS4 and Xbox. These pre-order bonuses will help any hunter on the start of their journey since it includes “improved starting defense and offense stat boosts for the hunter as well as a useful gathering skill.”
The game will also be coming to PC later next year, however, the exact date is still TBA.
